In the afternoon I had the honor to run the O-intervalls with Emil Lauri. The basic idea of the training was to do some controls at highest possible speed and then rest for a minute or two before starting again. The exercise had to be done in pairs. The first runner had 20 seconds head start and had to try to bring the lead to the finish of the interval. Even if I succeeded in "winning" just 1 out of the 8 intervals I was happy with this training, because we did some really good controls at high speed. Nice training day. Thanks to those responsible for organisation. Looking forward to April. I will be back to Stockholm for some more trainings! |
